Gregg really pulled out the stops and was Mr. Charming and Romance. Gotta tell ya, I'm a very, very lucky girl!! I really married the best guy.
Tomorrow I need to get some work done, and then we are doing our final piece of required education for white families adopting a black child (another workbook). We then have to make an appointment w/ our SW to review our answers and have her sign a certificate. Please understand, I realize how important this education is, but I sometimes feel all we talk about is being the white parents of black children.
Speaking of the adoption, our HS has now been certified by DCFS, and should be back at our SW's office this week. I'll have Gregg pick it up by hand, and I'll deliver it by hand to USCIS.
More fun postings tomorrow my faithful friends. Have a great night.

First of all: YAY for the homestudy being certified. We hand delivered ours too. You must be a control freak. (ha).
And, secondly, LOVE the picture. I thought that was the Water Tower Place in the background, but now I think I'm wrong. Is it? It's been too damn long since I've seen the city.
And, in a matter of a month or so, it'll be my favorite time EVER to spend in Chicago. :)
How fun Meg.
